Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, a full suite of appliances, a double oven, and a separate pantry. This kitchen has been stocked with the things we use most in our own home including a coffee maker, electric tea kettle, blender, InstaPot, steamer, toaster, hand mixer, cookie sheets, muffin tins, and all of the whisks, peelers, etc. that we use. Full set of chefs knives, a well-stocked spice cabinet, a luxury tea selection, and basic condiments make this home ready to step into and resume normal weekday life. Have breakfast in the eat-in kitchen or have your choice of the connected dining room.

DINING ROOM
Whether you're eating a simple meal or hosting the whole family this room is designed for connecting with others. A convertible table allows you to be comfortable in any situation - opening into a large round table that seats eight or a smaller table for four on more intimate occasions. This charming room has abundant natural light, interesting windows, elegant furnishings and a calming aesthetic that is sure to be a warm welcome when you enter this home.

FAMILY NOOK
Such a delightful nook just between the kitchen and main living room, this 'family nook' is a great place to lounge and linger over a cup of morning coffee or a good book. With a comfortable couch, a coffee station stocked with your coffee needs and luxury teas, and a well stocked board game shelf this room is one of our favorite practical spaces in the house.

Designed with your comfort in mind including a king sized bed with three sets of pillows to meet your pillow preference.
Additional amenities include a white noise machine, additional linens, dresser, large walk-in closet, velvet lined hangers, an en-suite bathroom with dual sink vanity, shower with rain head shower head + handheld sprayer, and a separate soaking tub, additional towels, floor length mirrors and more.

Second Bedroom
The second bedroom is currently fitted with a queen sized bed, walk-in closet with velvet lined hangers, several sets of pillows to meet your pillow preferences, white noise machine, additional linens and additional quilt available. The charming arched window, natural light, and comfortable arrangements will have you breathing a sigh of relief.
Guests will use the hallway full bathroom with a stand up shower with rain head + hand held sprayer.

Third Bedroom
Arranged with a twin sized daybed with twin trundle, a desk with chair, and a small dresser this room can be used as a bedroom, a lounge, a home office or even an exercise room. With all of the comforts of our other bedrooms the additional space in this room allows for additional flexibility.We're happy to help you discover what arrangement works best for your family while you're out of your own home.

This cute room is packed full of useful amenities like an ironing board, iron, clothes steamer, storm safety kit, basic laundry supplies, spare paper goods and more. Laundry might never be fun but it might come close in this clean, cheery space!
